Speeding Along

At my most recent ob appt I complained of fatigue. The Rx? Exercise. Seems counter-intuitive, but I have to say it works!

I'm no speed demon (ha! far from it), but 30 minutes/day of walking is doing wonders for my energy level. Why didn't I start this sooner?


I'm sure he'd leave me in the dust, were we to hit the open road together.
